Friends Donates $2,800 For
Little Bighorn Battlefield
Our contribution of
$2,800 supports the visiting public and staff housing for 2013:
1) $1,200 for two
compacting trash cans for the public restrooms in the visitor center
parking lot.
2) Because of the water
issues at the Park, fresh drinking water was not available for staff
housing. Bottled water was placed in each staff house and apartment at a
cost of $400 a month. Friends provided $1,600 for the 2013 summer season
to ensure fresh water was available for the staff in their homes.
